At CodeCrew, we empower students to explore the exciting world of technology and problem-solving through hands-on learning!
Healthy Bytes is a six-week series designed for 7th to 10th-grade students to explore the intersection of physical therapy and computer science.
Each session integrates hands-on activities with computational thinking and health-related concepts, helping students see the real-world impact of technology on wellness and rehabilitation.
Students will register for each session individually on a first-come, first-served basis until all slots are filled.
What Students Will Learn
Coding & Programming
Students will explore the basics of programming languages such as Python, Scratch, or JavaScript. They will create simple games, animations, and interactive stories, learning about loops, variables, and conditional statements.
Digital Literacy
In today’s digital world, understanding how technology works is crucial. Students will learn about how computers, the internet, and cybersecurity operate, helping them become responsible digital citizens
Computational Thinking
This course helps students develop problem-solving techniques by breaking down complex tasks into simpler, manageable parts. Students will enhance their logical reasoning and debugging skills
Teamwork and Collaboration
Students will work on group projects, learning how to collaborate effectively in teams to solve problems and create innovative solutions
